Current Diaconate News:
Fellowship Meals are typically the first Sunday of the month, after worship, and also the third Wednesdays before Prayer Meeting.   Sunday, May 5, 11:30 am, is our next Sunday Fellowship Meal.  Anyone is welcome to come and, if you can, bring something to eat. If you can't bring anything, please come as there is always plenty.  

General information about the Diaconate
The Diaconate is made up of deacons and deaconesses, based on the choosing of men in Acts 6:1-6 and described somewhat in 1 Timothy 3:8-13. The Diaconate looks after the needs of the people of the church, and this page will communicate some of what they do, and some of what they are planning. They look at various needs and seek people to fill those needs, like aiding the elderly in our church, planning special times of fellowship, and serving.
